Why Now

Crowns Do What a Filling Can't

A crown isn't just cosmetic. When a tooth is cracked, decayed past the point a filling can fix, ground down by clenching, or rebuilt after a root canal, a crown is the only restoration that protects the tooth from the inside out and keeps you chewing normally.

Wait too long and the math changes. A tooth that needs a crown today often becomes a tooth that needs an extraction and an implant tomorrow, at three to four times the cost. Catching it early is the difference between saving the tooth you have and replacing it.

Common reasons our patients come in for a crown:

  • A cracked or chipped tooth that's getting worse
  • A tooth that's been root canaled and needs sealing
  • A large old filling that has finally given out
  • Worn or shortened teeth from years of grinding
  • A discolored or misshapen tooth at the front of the smile
  • A tooth replacing an implant or anchoring a bridge

Materials

Material, Fit, and Shade. The Details That Decide Whether You Notice It Every Day.

We make crowns from three materials, and we choose based on which tooth needs the work, how you bite, and how visible the tooth is when you smile.

All-porcelain dental crown shade match

All-Porcelain Crowns

The most natural-looking option for front teeth. Light passes through them the way it passes through enamel.

Ceramic dental crown

Ceramic Crowns

Strong, modern, and an excellent match for visible teeth where you want long-term durability.

Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown

Porcelain Fused to Metal

Time-tested for back teeth that take heavy chewing pressure. Strength where it matters most.

The Outcome

Chew Normally. Smile Naturally. Move On With Your Day.

A well-made crown lasts ten to fifteen years with normal care, looks identical to the teeth around it, and lets you eat the foods you stopped eating without thinking. No more favoring the other side. No more dreading a bite of something hard. No more worrying every time you laugh.

Our operatories are built to make the visits themselves easy. Massage chairs, ceiling-mounted TVs, sedation options if you want them, and a team trained around comfort. We hear "that was easier than I expected" almost every day.

Investment & Insurance

Know the Cost Before You Commit

Insurance and out-of-pocket guesswork is one of the main reasons people put off a crown. We remove that step.

We accept all major PPO insurances, including Delta, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, MetLife, Guardian, Ameritas, Principal, and BlueCross BlueShield, and our team files your claim for you. For anything not covered, CareCredit financing and flexible payment plans break the cost into monthly amounts that fit a normal budget.

Your free new-patient consultation includes a clear, written treatment plan with exact costs, what your insurance is expected to cover, and what you would pay out of pocket. No surprises, no pressure to decide in the chair.

What to Expect

Two Visits. One Restored Tooth.

  1. Visit One

We numb the tooth, prepare it, take an impression, and place a temporary crown. Most patients are in and out within an hour and a half.

  2. At Home

You wear the temporary for about two weeks while your custom crown is made. Eat and drink normally — just avoid hard or sticky foods on that side.

  3. Visit Two

We check the fit, the color, and your bite, then bond the permanent crown in place. You leave with a tooth that looks and feels like yours.
